DIGITAL PRINT OPERATIVE– DAY SHIFT!

COMMUTABLE FROM CAMBRIDGESHIRE, SUFFOLK AND ESSEX

Shifts: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm (Some weekends and overtime will be required)

£24,000 – £28,000 (Dependant on Experience) immediate start.

Well-established, independent manufacture of bespoke, high-end products: all forms of boxes, display products including POS, POP, custom shipping boxes. we work with many types of materials including plastics, folding boxboard, corrugated cardboard, paper.

We are now looking to recruit Digital Print Operative to be the primary print and CAD operative within our team.  Responsible for the running and upkeep of the digital printing and cutting equipment.

You will be responsible for the processing of print ready files, upkeep of the machines and production of all print and CAD cutting operations. You will assist our design team in the development of displays by producing prototypes, offering feedback on the displays you build.

You will assist the other operatives where required in the production of the printed material.

Candidate will be ambitious, reliable and pro-active with a hands-on and a can-do attitude.

We are looking for experience including:

• Using RIP software, Onyx or similar
• Operating Kasemake or similar software
• Microsoft Outlook
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong team player
• Effective Interpersonal skills
• Good administrative skills
• Punctual and flexible
• With in commutable distance of Ridgewell, Essex
• Exceptional attention to detail.

It would be an advantage if you have:

• Experience working with Filemaker
• Print industry experience
• Large format print experience
• Point of sale experience
